Find a Volunteer Opportunity is a service which allows people and organizations who need volunteers to submit a posting describing their wishes. People who have the time, ability and a desire to donate them both to worthy causes can browse the listings to respond.
Here’s how it works. Once you Register and Login, you can post a message in one of our categories. There is no charge. Simply choose Post to: Volunteer Opportunities, fill out the form and click submit. If your message is approved for posting, it will appear on the site within 24 hours. Postings expire and must be renewed every 30 days.
To respond to a post, simply click on it, fill out the form that pops up and click Send. Your message is automatically sent through justtheplacenebraska.com to maintain the anonymity of the person or organization posting. Of course, if you’re making a post and anonymity is not a big deal to you, you can include your phone or email in your listing.
